What do you like best about Formly?

What I like most about Formly is how quickly I can create professional, user-friendly forms without needing technical or design expertise. The drag-and-drop builder is straightforward, and there is enough flexibility to customise the structure, branding and questions for different purposes. It has made it much easier for me to collect information in a structured way and reduce the amount of manual follow-up required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Formly?

The main drawback is that some of the more advanced settings and customisation options aren’t always immediately obvious. The core form builder itself is easy to use, but every so often I still have to spend time figuring out where a specific setting lives. A bit more in-app guidance, along with examples and clearer documentation, would make the onboarding experience smoother and even better overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Formly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Formly helps me replace manual emails, documents and spreadsheets with structured online forms. I use it for enquiries, registrations and feedback, as well as more complex logic-based forms for audits and inspections. Conditional logic allows the form to adapt to each response, display relevant follow-up questions and avoid unnecessary fields. This makes audits and inspections more efficient, consistent and easier to complete.
