Formitize is powerful enough to automate most of the small yet important tasks and also it'll generate real time alerts regarding those tasks,which is pretty useful in a busy office environment. Because of all the functionalities it's hard to get familiar with the tool at the beginning phase and it'll waste the valuable time of the user.
