What do you like best about FormDr?

We started using FormDr in 2024 and I regret not using them sooner. We utilize their platform to send our new patient paperwork and other forms to patients. It has been a wonderfully easy platform to use and learn. Our patients no longer tell us they have troubles opening documents or that they are unable to complete our new patient paperwork. We love how easy it is use and how easy it is for our patients! Highly recommend trying FormDr if you send things electronically! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FormDr?

The ONLY thing we have found to be downside (but really not) is that you are only able to search by patient name for records. We are still able to pull up patient data by last name and/or first name! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FormDr solving and how is that benefiting you?

We utilize FormDr to send all our new patient paperwork, some questionnaires and other forms. It is so easy to use and even easier for patients to access their forms electronically. We love that the patients can complete on their phone or computer and it automatically saves data and can be accessed by staff/providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
