I find FormCrafts extremely easy to use and very user-friendly. The support is great, and the help areas of their interface are very thorough, making it simple to navigate. It's also a cost-effective solution, especially for small organizations, as it integrates well with Salesforce without being extremely expensive. The tool makes my job really easy and is easy to teach to clients who need to learn it. I also appreciate that FormCrafts can connect to multiple objects in Salesforce, including custom objects and fields, and has good integrations with Stripe for payments and Google. FormCrafts in general works well, but I think it would be great to have more front-end features to design and style the forms. The part of the tool for complex, multi-field features needs to continue to be developed. Even though there is a cascading style sheets feature, I think more options on how to display the forms would be beneficial. Competitors like Titan Forms allow app versions of forms, which could be a next step for FormCrafts. Integrating with single sign-on would also be a great addition.
