What do you like best about Formalize?

Efficient, easy to use and best UX. Easily automates compliance processes to comply with DORA, NIS 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, among others. Recent inclusion of AI Act ensures compliance with key legislation in the EU.

A few examples:

- with DORA, the ROI is fully automated saving lots of time by submitting the 15 spreadsheets at the click of a button,

- when there is a substantial overlap among frameworks (i.e. ISO 27001 with DORA /NIS2 and local frameworks such as ENS in Spain), you can easily overlay controls (partially or totally) to avoid duplicating efforts.

The team is really responsive and integration quick and included in the license.

- automation workflows are very powerful: i.e. creating a supplier involves a risk, a mitigation action, a resposible, risk measurements... all can be easily automated

What do you dislike about Formalize?

No specific pain point.

Potential improvements in developing additional frameworks (i.e. MICA, ISO 9001) but the general tool still allows to use it for legislations without specific developments as custom frameworks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Formalize solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently we focus on DORA. The tool is mainly helping us on:

• ICT risk management: Identification, scoring and mitigation of risks, with detailed monitoring.

• Record of Information (ROI): Automation of reports in accordance with ITS standards, with precise categorization of suppliers and subsuppliers.

• ICT incident management: Recording of incidents and connection with digital operational resilience strategies.

• Supplier audits: Flexible configuration and continuous audit optimization.
