I like how quickly I was able to get my claims approved and more importantly, it was a simple process to get my claim submitted. The options for each field were comprehensive. The support to get my login issues was fixed very quickly. Once I got some issues resolved with my company's HR, the integration process with my benefits provider/employer was very simple. I don't like the login process. The "magic link" being the default way to log in is just an obstacle to the routine username and password, which I prefer. I don't want to have to check my email every time I log in and rely on clicking specific links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
