What do you like best about Forge?

What do you dislike about Forge?
It is still difficult to understand 100% the correct way to use the tool for whatever you need. For example, many companies offer automation services, but all of them are forge-based, and if you use them, you will end up paying for forge and the other tool. The pricing is still not very clear in those cases. Also, you can create your own automations, but the options are so many and there is no guide to follow, that it becomes overwhelming, and you don't know how to proceed.
