What do you like best about Force24?

Force24 has made it much easier for us to organise and automate our email marketing. We can create targeted journeys based on how contacts engage with our content, rather than sending the same communications to everyone. The reporting is also useful for seeing what is performing well, and the support team is responsive whenever we need help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Force24?

One limitation is not being able to upload and use our own HTML email templates, which reduces some of the flexibility we are used to. That said, we have adapted well and are achieving good results using the templates and design tools provided within Force24. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Force24 is helping us bring our marketing activity, contact data and customer journeys into one connected platform. It allows us to segment audiences more effectively, automate follow-up communications and tailor campaigns based on engagement and interests. This is saving us time, reducing manual processes and helping us deliver more relevant marketing while gaining a clearer view of how contacts interact with our content.
