Canned reporting is extensive, and the ability to export data for customized reporting is relatively straightforward and brings more excellent value as upper management always seems to need more analytics. I like the number of settings to customize functionality truly. I like the ability to custom build my allergens list to meet the needs of an international population that has allergens beyond the US top 8/9.
