The sales data is auto collated into excellent reports that allow me to take decisions based on numbers. Takes away the time consuming work of making these reports manually allowing me to take data based decisions. The user interface is straight forward and very informative. If I ever had questions, the team and especially my account manager was fantastic and immediately answered all queries. Never had any downtime or operational bugs. The only thing I don't like is that the auto email option, for purchase orders to suppliers and end of day reports to the internal team, only allow for one email each. Suppliers ask for the po to be sent to multiple emails for their trails, and for my team, I would like the end of day reports to be sent to location manager and myself, this isn't possible and I hope they can address this as it is a necessity in today's framework.
