What do you like best about Fonoa?

I really like the user interface, its response time once the data is uploaded and the workflow system works flawlessly which has saved many hours of our time in reviewing the returns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fonoa?

The issues I have is at the data gathering stage. It takes approx 45min to sometime more than a hour long to upload the data. Further the formatting issues for example instead the software should allow both excel and csv uploads but currently it limits to csv only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fonoa solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Fonoa for tax compliance and currently I'm saving a ton of time and I really like how self serve the portal is. Starting from uploading the data to review and approve its all automated and I don't have to wait for anyone to send me manual working for my review. Everything is available from the get-go.
