What I value most about Fonoa is the combination of strong people and breadth of capability. Tavo and Zori are fantastic. They make it very easy to get in touch with any question or idea, and it consistently feels like they have my best interests at heart. They are never salesy for the sake of it, but they always take the time to explain how Fonoa can support what we are trying to do. Best of all, they treat the relationship as a genuine partnership on scoping and roadmap rather than simply selling a fixed product. When I raise a new use case or a possible new way for Fonoa to help, the response is collaborative and thoughtful, and that has made a real difference to how we plan and prioritise our work together.
That partnership is backed by both breadth and depth. I rely on Fonoa across a wide range of workstreams, from tax determination through to e-invoicing across multiple jurisdictions, and having that covered by a single partner rather than a patchwork of point solutions is a significant advantage. It also means the team understands how the different pieces of our indirect tax landscape connect.
I have also been impressed by how seriously the team engages with genuinely complex indirect tax scenarios. Our use cases are rarely simple, and rather than pushing back or oversimplifying, the team works through the detail with us to find workable solutions. That willingness to engage with the hard edge cases is exactly what you need from a tax technology partner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main area I would like to see develop is the pace at which new features and jurisdiction coverage are delivered. The team is always receptive when we raise a new requirement, and the appetite to help is clearly there, but the turnaround from raising something to seeing it delivered can be longer than we would ideally like. Given how quickly the indirect tax and e-invoicing landscape is changing, faster delivery here would make a strong offering even stronger. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
