I love Follow Up Boss as it is a lifesaver for our real estate team, allowing us to tailor it to our needs. The reporting features are fantastic, and the ability to leave notes and send messages throughout the team is invaluable. I also love that all of our contacts are in one place, and we can categorize them and make smart lists for efficient calling. This helps with call cadence, categorizing lists, and prioritizing by stage and source. The initial setup was very easy, and my previous experience with it made the transition smooth.
