What I like best about Follett Destiny Library Manager is its ease of use and how much I can accomplish in one place. I use it not only to manage and keep track of our library books, but also our digital resources and Chromebook devices. I can easily manage patrons, complete inventory, track materials, and add notes to individual devices when needed. The system is intuitive and makes my day-to-day responsibilities much easier to manage. Of all the programs I use on my computer, Destiny is the one I rely on the most. My biggest frustration is the occasional system outage at the Follett level. When Destiny is unavailable, it significantly affects my ability to do my job because I rely on it for so many day-to-day tasks. For instance, we recently had an outage that lasted about two days, and it was very inconvenient.

I’d also really like an option to export reports and data directly to Google Sheets. Right now, exports are geared toward Excel, so as a Google-based school district, I have to take the extra step of converting the files to Google Sheets.
