I really appreciate the interface, which is simple and easy to use. Navigation is intuitive, especially for accessing personal information and our vacation, illness, and overtime banks. The integration of documentary resources with Folks is a real advantage in daily life. In addition to offering excellent value for money compared to our old system, the support team responds quickly to our requests. I find that the expense requests do not offer many options. It would be interesting to add more features to the expense requests. For example, it might be useful to offer a second rate option for mileage reimbursement, as well as the possibility of using both options provided for meal expenses simultaneously, to better meet the different situations encountered.
