What do you like best about Folks HR?

The job creation link between the ATS and the HRIS saves me a lot of time, and it works very well.

Using document sending with electronic signature has greatly simplified my work and saved me time.

What do you dislike about Folks HR?

I wish the reminders on the homepage could be not only for work accident files but also for sick leave or other long-term absences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Folks HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems that Folks HR solves mainly concern the duplication of information to be transcribed in two systems and in an Excel file. The tool also facilitates the creation of new employees and their integration. It allows me to ensure better tracking of absences and disciplinary measures.
