Folks is an incredible software! Since our company started using it, we have saved time and money. It is easy-to-use software, and employees love its visual appeal and efficiency. The integration was easy with the employees. We were guided throughout the implementation, the trainers do an excellent job, and customer service is always there to answer our questions. We use it every day for our HR follow-ups and absence management. We conducted our performance evaluations at the beginning of this year, and it's just amazing how much time we saved.
