"Simple, Clean Layout That’s Easy to Adopt — But Falls Short of its Full Potential"

What do you dislike about folk?

New features feel slow to roll out, and the product could use more integrations. Overall, I like the AI minimalism, but I’d really like to use my organization’s Claude (or any other agent) inside Folk so I don’t have to keep two tabs open. It would also be great to have more than just three agents, along with greater ability to customize my own.

For Folk to be the CRM I adopt, there needs to be an easier, more intuitive way to view all contacts in one place. It took me way too long to get used to having to go to “Search,” and once you’re there, there’s no clear way to filter and sort across all of your contacts. At least a few options would be nice, such as date added, alphabetical order, or organization.

Additionally, I wish there were a few more ways to customize groups.

Finally, it’s not really clear to me whether all fields can be enriched, or only some. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
