Focus lab has the skilled experts who are the best in their craft. Brand Strategists, Project Managers, Design Leads, Writers, Marketers and more. Unlike other agencies, Focus Lab didn't just start sprinting on design visuals based on our interpretation of our vision for the company. Focus labs infiltrated our company. Interviewed our ideal customers, interviewed our executive team, interviewed pivotal members of the company in different departments. Focus Lab had us create a core team that was going to drive and own this project on our end to create a partnership that wasn't one-sided. We had to own the end result as well. If you want a true brand transformation then the Agency and the Core Team need to be unified. If you don't make the time to do thorough reviews then expect to underdeliver for the Agency. I loved the accountability from project managers (Mason Hawkins is a rockstar PM!). Also the group workshops, weekly internal and external reviews, and timely deliver every Friday on work was impressive. We had an extensive and aggressive timeline with a ton of work... but that didn't stop Focus Lab from being extremely dialed in on keeping our timeline up-to-date and on track. If you have a desire to reimagine your brand with a voice and visual feel that aligns with you aspirations as a business then Focus Lab will deliver and be the perfect partner for you. The communication skills, passion to do right by the customer, flexibility and realism you get from the Focus Lab team is completely transparent. I appreciated the push and pull on ideas, which delivered on giving our company the best version of ourselves that we would of been unable to do on our own. Focus Lab has set a new foundation for our business with the long-term vision of the company set as the nucleus THEN the brand wrapped around it with a bow. Focus Lab delivered on a world-class brand transformation for our company, Seamless. As a high-growth B2B SaaS business you often get so focused on delivering revenue for your business that items that don't deliver a direct ROI often get left behind. Brand for us was often an afterthought. We made improvements year of year, but we never accelerated beyond our original vision when the company started 10 years ago. The software and business transformed TREMENDOUSLY, but the brand was relatively a refresh of the original concept. In 2025, we made a decision that we needed to hire the #1 B2B Branding Agency in the world. We remembered Focus Lab had delivered Salesloft's incredible rebrand that was a pivotal part of their $2.3B Valuation post project. However, before making any decisions, I went ahead and read "Conquer Your Brand: Build a B2B Brand That Customers Love and Competitor's Envy" written by Focus Lab CEO, Bill Kenney. Knowing how our business operates, I was completely sold on the process and the expertise from their team. It was the perfect fit for what we needed. I finished reading his book and 2 days later, I pitched a 40+ slide deck to our executive team. We went through formal RFP process, interviewed the best of the best agencies and did our due diligence and even after that process.
