What do you like best about Focal?

Great tool for keeping creative production organised and streamlined. I like the level of customisation that's possible on the boards (e.g. different status) and automations that remove the headache from different aspects of the job - especially the naming convention, organisation of assets, and launching them on Meta.

The support team is also very responsive and have incorporated a lot of the feedback and features suggestions over the last few month. I'm particularly excited about the production and performance reports - these are very useful for showcasing the work and impact of creative teams to execs, as well as having an overview of the results in the same place. What do you dislike about Focal?

Not a dislike but a feature request would be incorporating with Claude / other AI tools to allow for more streamlined work. Right now a lot of knowledge on the product / performance / copywriting happens within claude and having an integration with focal that allows to pull the briefs from there would make the process much smoother Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Focal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamlined creative production -> much smoother process of working with several (freelance) designers and agencies, easier to manage workload across them.

Assets organisation - removes the need for manual naming and uploading of assets to google drive, making it much easier to organise. Also the assets library within focal makes it super quick to search for specific asset based on the metadata Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
