"Focal’s Intuitive UI and AI Autofill Save Us Time and Streamline Our Workflow"

What do you like best about Focal?

What I like most about Focal is its excellent UI/UX. Everything I need is clearly laid out and easy to find, which makes it simple to track tasks and briefs all in one place. The platform’s integrations, along with its Performance AI/Intelligence features, are also extremely valuable. In particular, the AI Autofill functionality saves a significant amount of time by streamlining repetitive work and making campaign setup much more efficient.

Data can be pulled quickly and with minimal effort, helping us move faster and make better decisions. On top of that, whenever we have a question or need support, the team is responsive and easy to reach. Overall, Focal has noticeably improved our workflow thanks to its ease of use, automation capabilities, and actionable insights, and I would highly recommend it. What do you dislike about Focal?

I don’t have any major complaints about Focal, and personally, I find the platform intuitive and easy to navigate. However, one area that could potentially be improved is the new Library section. While it has been straightforward for me to use, I’ve noticed that some newer team members found it a bit confusing at first. This is a subjective observation rather than a significant issue, but there may be an opportunity to make the Library experience more intuitive for first-time users through clearer organization or onboarding guidance. What problems is Focal solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before using Focal, keeping track of creative assets, briefs, and performance data across multiple tools was often time-consuming and frustrating. Information could easily become scattered, which made it harder to track progress and review or analyze past work.

With Focal, everything is organized in a clear, visually intuitive way, and day-to-day management is much easier. The platform has helped us save a significant amount of time by simplifying task tracking, asset management, and performance analysis. It’s also incredibly easy to find and review older assets, so we can quickly look back at past creatives, add notes, and apply those learnings to future campaigns.

Another major benefit is how straightforward the platform is compared to other solutions we’ve used. Previous systems were often overly complex and difficult to navigate, while Focal offers a more streamlined experience. As a result, onboarding new team members is faster and more efficient, with a smaller learning curve that helps them become productive sooner.
