"FMX is a User-Friendly Masterpiece for School Management"

What do you like best about FMX?

I believe FMX is incredibly user-friendly, which makes it easy for everyone in the organization to use. Their service is top-notch, and I’ve never had an issue getting an answer back. The AI helper, Iris, is a very good function. The implementation stage went extremely easily, and they helped throughout the process. It's easy to train people on how to use FMX, so I’m not the only one using it. People in the organization can fill out work orders and access information with ease. I also like the filter function on the search bar, which is great for finding work orders, schedules, or calendar dates. Those are all really great additions to the software. I love the product. What do you dislike about FMX?

The issue I'm having still is that the description does not come over from what is put in the schedule request into the work order. It's a simple thing, but it's a little bit irritating. I have to go back into the schedule request to copy and paste it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FMX solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use FMX for maintenance requests, scheduling, transportation, and preventive maintenance across school facilities, helping plan capital assets replacement and ease operational management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
