What do you like best about Fluidworks Onbi?

Fluid works have been great to work with. They have helped guide us in the best practice with using their product and been accommodating in needs that we have had.

The product is solid and it has been very helpful for us.

They took care of our onboarding so it was easy to get up and running and refine the AI agent for our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluidworks Onbi?

We dont really have any downsides of working with them.

Some new features have taken a bit longer to come out, but thats expected of a newer company and getting it all up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fluidworks Onbi solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fluidworks has helped us have an agent available 24/7 so across multiple time zones people do not need to try and get an appointment in a calendar at odd hours.

Being an ai agent, its dynamic to ask it questions and get responses. it doesnt just go down one path. It really does respond to you and go down what you need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
