What do you like best about Fluid Topics?

The flexibility of the documentation portal’s design is important to me, and the search capability is just as vital. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fluid Topics?

Publishing content can be slow on our Production portal. Sometimes, when publishing many items, the queue can back up and take hours to clear. I believe this is due to the large volume of content we have on our site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fluid Topics solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fluid Topics is the single source of truth for all of our customer-facing documentation and release notes. Internally developed, customer-facing AI tools leverage the portal content to deliver accurate responses to queries. This is helping to reduce the number of support requests that are submitted, as customers can find help on their own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
