What do you like best about Fluid Topics?

What has impressed me most is the exceptional level of support we have received throughout the process. Every ticket I raise is met with prompt, attentive responses — the support team consistently demonstrates a sense of urgency and ownership that is rarely seen with enterprise software vendors. What do you dislike about Fluid Topics?

What problems is Fluid Topics solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are now able to surface our most important product features and updates to customers immediately, ensuring they always have access to the most relevant and current information. This has had a direct impact on the customer experience — we have received consistently positive feedback from both customers and internal stakeholders on the portal's usability and presentation.
