"Easy to Use System with Great Voicemail Drop, but Dependent on Internet Quality"

What do you like best about FluentStream Technologies?

It's a very easy system to use and provided everything we need. We are able to have multiple users with different levels of access so management or sales may have functions they use, but the callers do not use them and do not have access to those functions. I like the voicemail drop option the most as I make hundreds of calls per day and leave basically the same message over and over again, this way I just push a button and it drops my voicemail message. We are also able to download and save our recorded call in case needed. There are options to keep those recordings stored as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FluentStream Technologies?

Well the phone is only as good as your internet connection, so sometimes I have connection issues and dropped calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FluentStream Technologies solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's our primary phone system so it allows us to perform our jobs and provide our telemarketing services to our customers. It also allows our callers to work remotely and from any device when necessary. Also the ability to record calls is vital for quality assurance in our business.
