I use FluentCRM for sending marketing campaigns and transactional emails. It has helped me reach more people by creating email marketing campaigns, and I can manage my customer database more clearly. Its interface is clear and easy to use. I like that it has features to create automations, which allows me to automate processes for certain email marketing campaigns. With automations, I can create certain events, such as tagging a new subscriber and sending them a series of emails to nurture them and gradually convert them into a new customer. Recently, I needed to create an automation to notify my clients when a new post is published on my business blog. Unfortunately, FluentCRM does not have that function available in its automations.
