What do you like best about Fluency?

Fluency is incredibly easy to use, with an intuitive interface that makes automating SOPs and training guides seamless. What do you dislike about Fluency?

If I had to pick something, maybe a bit more customization in formatting would be nice, but honestly, that’s negligible given how much time it saves. They have been shipping more editing features since I started which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fluency solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fluency is solving the problem of time-consuming manual SOP creation. As a startup, time is extremely limited, and Fluency has saved me countless hours by automating training guides for new staff. Instead of manually documenting every process, the software does it for me, making onboarding seamless and keeping our team aligned.
