Before, we used separate tools for outlining the sitemap, drafting content, and creating low-fidelity wireframes. Flowmapp brings all of these phase one planning activities under one roof. Having a sharable link to provide to clients and circulate internally ensures that everyone has visibility into our work in progress and allows us to get buy in from our cross-functional team as well as any key stakeholders. The quoting feature is useful in creating proposals before work begins. We're still implementing this into our workflow, but it's quickly becoming an essential part of creating websites for our clients. Customer service is highly responsive and it's clear the team is receptive to feedback. This product is being refined and improved on a daily basis, and it's clear that the team behind it are passionate about building the best solution they can. **What do you dislike about Flowmapp?** Flowmapp is missing some functionality that would benefit our team, but customer service has been very receptive to our feature requests. The team is invested in continuous improvement, so any bugs are likely to be resolved in short order. **What problems is Flowmapp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flowmapp helps to facilitate the handoff from website scoping and planning to high-fidelity design and component-based development. It improves our team and client communication, consolidates our tech stack, and allows our team to work in a more agile way. ### 2. Works great for crawling existing sites to get their page count/layout, or building a sitemap from scratch! **What do you dislike about Flowmapp?** Some of the features and user behaviors need to be refined. **What problems is Flowmapp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Clients come to us looking for a website redesign and they often have no idea how many pages their site actually has. We can plug their URL into Flowmapp and within a few second get a full visual breakdown of their site! We also use theis to help clients understand (visually) how much work goes into a site – structure, post types, policy pages, forms, internal linking, etc. ### 3. It's so nice to see the actually content in the wireframes and be able to copy it out while developing and building a site. **What do you dislike about Flowmapp?** Nothing! It could use soem export/import features and proper html formatting in text (ex. bullet formatting and common text html semantics to easily be copied into web editors) **What problems is Flowmapp solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes it easy for the client to add their client and visualize where it will live. ### 4. It covers all the essential elements needed for planning a website, and presents them in a visual format that is straightforward and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Flowmapp?** At this point, there is not a lot I don't like. It covers all of the bases I was looking for in a website planning tool. **What problems is Flowmapp solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flowmapp has made it incredibly simple for me to plan a website from the initial stages of site architecture all the way through to user experience design. Previously, I needed to rely on three separate tools to complete a web design project, but now I can handle everything within a single platform. The integration with Figma is also seamless, which adds to the convenience. ### 5. Having estimations, sitemaps, wireframes, and content collection all in one app, streamlines the onboarding and discovery phases of my projects. **What do you dislike about Flowmapp?** The one thing I noticed is that the AI integration is not as feature-rich as competitors' apps. I'm hoping this area will continue to improve, but I much prefer Flowmapp’s interface over similar apps **What problems is Flowmapp solving and how is that benefiting you?** I send out full proposals for websites, but I still found the estimation feature very helpful, especially when pulling together numbers for a larger or feature intense site.
