The CRM is fully packed, which is great for managing contacts and pipelines. What I really value is the ease of having everything in one place. Previously, we used five different apps, but now all our tasks from CRM and projects are integrated into one calendar, which is super convenient. Plus, the calendar in the mobile app is perfect. The project management tools like Gantt and workflow help in structuring my projects easily. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** One small thing feels like it’s missing in one place: a single feed that shows all comments across all projects and deals. It’s a minor issue overall, but it would make it easier to keep track of everything in one view. **What problems is Flowlu solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flowlu consolidates everything into one place under a single dashboard, replacing five different apps. It’s really convenient to have CRM tasks, project work, and the calendar all in one place, and the calendar works perfectly in the mobile app. It’s a great fit for consulting firms where you need to build your pipeline, work and track your clients and partners and all interactions. You can connect a project to a deal after the agreement is signed and then continue working on that project in the same system. I have studied more than 15 of the most popular CRM systems And if in short, Clickup is really overloaded with functionality and too complicated, Asana lacks a lot of things... The rest are narrowly focused on different industries. But Flowlu is a universal system with great prospects. Nice Hierachy of Workspace, Project, Tasks. Easy to use Chat, including on the mobile app. Clean interface. No steep learning curve, get the basic in a matter of hours. Their onboarding tasks list is excellent, if you complete it all you'll be an expert in no time. I tried MANY project/task management solutions before deciding which one to pick as and wanted one that also had CRM. This was my choice. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** It would be nice to have a bit more colour added to the UI/UX and in a manor that is customizable through the entire colour spectrum. Needs more integrations to storage services like dropbox etc. It does not seem to remember the view choice in some instances, defaulting to Kanban even though I want to use list view. Although you can add custom fields you can't choose where they appear within the app, an example would be that it has multiple social media sites as default like Facebook, linkedIn, Twitter but it does not have for example, YouTube. You can create YouTube as a custom field but it cannot be put in the same place as the other social media sites so it's detached. Adding video chat native would make this app unbeatable. Flowlu should serriously consider it. This are all minor improvements that should be easily achievable and these are not dislikes but rather a wishlist to take the app up another level to what already is a high level. **What problems is Flowlu solving and how is that benefiting you?** They are quick to answer questions, and the roadmap and ideas shows intent to improve the porduct and continue to invest in developing further. This is critical to any software solution. Too many build a product, launch, then don't continue to improve much after that. Those apps always end up failing, Flowlu is being updated continuously. ### 6. It is a wonderful and straightforward tool. **What problems is Flowlu solving and how is that benefiting you?** Flowlu helps in business in many ways. Think about an all in one business management tool, that is aimed at small and medium businesses but ports over incredible enterprise level features that you would otherwise find in top level CRMs, top level PM tools and such. It's like they ran around and picked out the best features out of all the market favourites, and stuffed their tool with these. For instance, their CRM has a round robin feature for leads. I worked at an enterprise using Salesforce and they couldn't set that up. Absolutely nuts. It's also very utilitarian, and sometimes rigid in functionality, but paired with a paranoid security team I am ok with that. However as long as they will listen to customers it will keep improving. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** Some features can be a bit rigid, and the team could listen a bit more to the suggestions of their clients. But overall it's small things, not critical to business operations. More like, trying to explain to a drill sergeant to be more creative, that kinda up-slope suggestions XD Workflows can be set up in many different ways and with automations and a rock-solid API, but if you're missing a feature, like for instance I miss proposals, then it becomes problematic. **What problems is Flowlu solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's like that meme with a swiss knife that has a million layers, that is Flowlu. You can run an entire business on this, you can run a freaking enterprise on this too. That's crazy. I've tried out tons of tools that only support one fraction of the capability Flowlu has and cost double. I just hope it's around for a long long time and keeps improving in the bits and pieces that can still be improved. That's all. ### 8. They, should add some more features to this tool and improve its interface. I’m a newbie in CRM software and Flowlu is my first experience, but I can say that it’s well-designed and user-friendly. Even I, a person who never used such things, managed to figure everything out for a few weeks. I mostly use task management and accounting tools, but there are really far more features out there. Nevertheless, Flowlu does not overwhelm me in any way due to its simple interface. **What do you dislike about Flowlu?** It’s still developing, but I don’t consider it a disadvantage.
