"Better visibility into our remote team's work"

What do you like best about Flowace?

What I like most about Flowace is the visibility it gives us into our remote team. From an HR perspective, I can see work hours, productivity, idle time, and project time in one place instead of depending on manual updates.

The AI time tracking is one of the most useful features for us. It captures working hours automatically, so we don't have to depend on manual timesheets, and it also gives us a better view of how time is being spent across projects.

I also find the information useful when looking at workload and productivity across the team. The onboarding was smooth as well. We got all 55 employees on the platform in two sessions, and the privacy settings were clearly explained to everyone, which made the rollout comfortable from an HR perspective. What do you dislike about Flowace?

So far, I haven't come across any major drawbacks. The setup was smooth for us, and the team was able to get started quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flowace solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flowace is mainly helping us get better visibility into our fully remote team. Earlier, project and task tracking was more manual, so it was difficult to get one clear picture of how the team's time was being spent.

Now, we can see working hours, project time, productivity, and idle time in one place. For me as an HR manager, this makes it easier to understand workload and have more informed conversations when needed.
