We have a great working relationship with floLIVE. They understand our needs and are good at developing or tweaking their solutions to accommodate us. Their CMP platform is incredibly good, allowing us to see signaling events and customize coverage to our needs. Unlike competitors, floLIVE lets us lock down to the exact carrier and exact country that we want for our customers. They set the bar for customizing per NZ basis and offer localization in countries like Turkey and Brazil, which is highly competitive. I have found there are times when floLIVE communicates they have something, but it turns out it is not available yet. It's either still in the works or something that's coming at a later date. Getting pricing down further would be extremely helpful as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
