We require specific consents for our testimonial submissions, and Flockler allows us to customize our forms to adapt for our needs. Additionally, we have multiple forms for various audiences and that has been helpful for our multiple stakeholders. Lastly, we enjoy that Flockler's export is simple and easy since we maintain a grid of our testimonials outside of Flockler as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In the past, we have had issues where testimonials were submitted, but were not showing on our dashboard. Now, we just take the extra step to make sure to click into all content options in case something is not showing properly. It would also be great if Flockler had the option for a video testimonial.
