What I like best about Flockjay is that it helps us turn enablement into something practical and measurable. What do you dislike about Flockjay?

What I dislike most about Flockjay is that the admin and rollout side can create friction. User data and org mapping haven’t always been clean, and some live training content doesn’t translate naturally into the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flockjay solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flockjay is helping us solve a few very practical enablement problems: inconsistent ramp, too many one-off coaching asks, and limited visibility into whether content is actually being used. We use it to organize content into structured courses, hubs, quizzes, certifications, and role-play/proficiency checks, which makes it much easier to standardize what good looks like and validate readiness instead of relying on ad hoc training.

For me, the benefit is scale and measurability. Instead of answering the same AI, value-story, demo, and discovery requests one person at a time, I can turn them into repeatable enablement, track whether people are actually engaging with the assets, and see that the field is using Flockjay beyond mandatory training 87% of active users opened at least one discretionary course and 79% completed one.
