What do you like best about Flexport?

What I liked the best about Flexport is the way their interface helps you to use their services. Flexport has a dashboard that makes it really easy to understand how to track your containers or your goods from the beginning to the end. What do you dislike about Flexport?

What I dislike the most about Flexport is their customer service, there were times that they couldn't help me with some of my queries and there were sometimes more than 2 people involved which makes it difficult to understand to whom you have to communicate. What problems is Flexport solving and how is that benefiting you?
