Being certified on Flexa not only gives a significantly above industry average pool of diverse candidates visibility of our jobs, but importantly, it shows that we are thinking and trying to improve this as an organisation, as well as flexible approach to working.

I would have hoped for better capability to track applicants that have come through Flexa - there may well have been some great candidates through them, but we wouldn't know!
