entering parts is much easier than previous programs. I really like the drop down suggestions when you start typing. also having the total price option is great when receiving a bulk item that I charge by a case of 25, such as rivets, special screws, etc. I like the "undo" buttons, it helps to fix mistakes on my end. While I will have much more to say in the "dislikes" section of this survey, they are minor things and merely suggestions that would help me and my techs be a little more efficient. Would like the manufacture's part number to lead instead of description. When adding a line item to a PO or billing a part to an RO, would like to do away with the "system code" tab, I always select "ALL" every time and it always finds the part. is it possible to add a service line for POs. to be directly charged to ROs. I have created a part # for this as a work around. I would like to be able to select which received parts are added to inventory, either by default or per PO. I buy 100-200 glad hand seals at a time for $0.30 each, I do not want them or similar parts to be inventoried. I would also like to be able to switch which customer is responsible for the RO, if one of our owner operators damages a trailer, I would like to be able to bill him at his rates without having to edit a ton. Can you make it so the unit number reflects the customer instead of having to select customer when creating RO. This would mean not allowing duplicate unit numbers, but that is pretty standard and would not be difficult to work around. Also, I miss the traditional 9 digit VMRS codes, this system can be a little vague. Again, these are just suggestions and I understand it would require a lot of engineering, but you asked.
