What do you like best about Fleetio?

In my role as a fleet maintenance manager, being able to quickly assign service tasks to technicians, integrate inventory by location, and add issues reported by drivers has improved our overall performance.

What do you dislike about Fleetio?

I’ve noticed that when I switch units, the window often keeps the previous unit’s issues or reminders. Because of that, I end up having to refresh repeatedly just to see the correct information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fleetio solving and how is that benefiting you?

At our current stage of growth, I wouldn’t be able to keep accurate records of issues, workflows, repairs, and inventory without relying on multiple programs. Fleetio brings all of these pieces together in a single interface, which helps me work more efficiently and enables my techs to be more productive having access to the workorders on their devices.
