What do you like best about FlavorCloud?

International shipping requires considerable investment for a small business to be more competitive, and Flavor Cloud is almost the only provider offering fair fares. Their service quality is great as well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FlavorCloud?

I didn't have any complaints about Flavor Cloud so far. My only issue with them was that they had a technical issue with the shipping rate tier setup, and it took a while to get fixed since we requested it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FlavorCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

Other international shipping services require high order volumes to lower shipping costs, making it hard even to offer international shipping to our customers. We didn't want to burden our international customers with too expensive shipping costs, and with FlavorCloud, we were able to start the services and were able to serve global customers with reasonable rates.
