After exploring so many other options on the market, we found flat-file was the easiest to use while providing a depth of tools to our users. their support staff was always available to help work out problems and was always extremely responsive. We have been fortunate to participate in their build program and receive an extension on that program as well. We really like the product, I think the only thing we could ever ask for is a "free tier" for very low utilization and experimentation.
