What do you like best about Flatfile?

Flatfile has supported our growth to date from a small start-up to a scale up company, on one of our key user onboarding flows. Without it, it would not be an understatement to say that we would not have a product. Their customer support is also very impressive - I really enjoyed working with Michael Poythress and Arseniy Barmin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flatfile?

Initial setup requires quite a lot of implementation work. Flatfile's customisability comes with the downside that it's not something that works readily out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flatfile solving and how is that benefiting you?
