What do you like best about Flat?

Flat provides all the necessary features and functionality with none of the bloat and complexity that beguile most web apps. Flat is useful both to manage one's own tasks and projects but most importantly to keep in synch with your team and company - it's truly the one place where you can see the status of any project or task, see links to any details and have a threaded conversation to ask questions or add comments. The company is very responsive to feedback and continuously makes Flat better and easier to use. It was incredibly easy to get started using Flat while continuing to use all my other SaaS tools. What do you dislike about Flat?

I wish Flat had a native mobile app, specifically one for iOS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flat solving and how is that benefiting you?

Flat lets me stay in synch with my team - this enables us to spend less time in meetings or with interrupting questions in Slack. It serves as a very simple way to see what everyone is working on, ensuring we all stay focused on the right things.
