What problems is Fitz HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

On boarding staff with correct wage rate and overtime, easy to confirm these pay rates. Also helped with issues with staff being constantly late and work related poor performance and helping with the paper work to correctly perform performance reviews, advice on performing meetings with staff to come to a fair outcome. I just needed quick answers to the staffing issues in real time, my questions were answered very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
