I like how easy and user-friendly Fitnito is, with everything laid out properly and an interface that’s easy to look at. I can see all my clients, sessions, and upcoming sessions, and manage everything in one place. I can sell memberships, have clients sign online paperwork, book classes through the website, and see how many sessions they have left. I can use membership payments through Stripe, set client notifications about remaining sessions, and get notifications when clients book or cancel classes. I like having an all-in-one system to track my clients, memberships, sessions, and schedule. I can communicate simply with the support team, and Mike has been great and quick to respond when I have issues. It’s affordable for my business, and setup was pretty easy. I’m not able to delete client accounts very well when a client makes the wrong account. I’d also like an app on the App Store, which would be easier for clients.
