What do you like best about FIS?
1. Ability to present end to end Custoner life cycle view across various channels to take data based decisions
2. Ability to integrate seamlessly with downstream systems through API
3. I found infrastructure quite conducive to scale when we onboarded corporate clients over the platform Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about FIS?
1. Initial cost of deployment was quite high which becomes difficult to richer funds during cost cutting stage of organisation
2. We did a vendor comparison and sone of the competitors were having more advanced tech and integration attempt is quite expensive as well
3.Team faces sone glitches at time of version upgrades Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
