"Human-in-the-Loop Control with Seamless API and HubSpot Integration"

What do you like best about FirstTouch?

The human in the loop approval is the standout. Nothing gets posted without my sign off, so I keep full control over what goes out. It is also MCP and API native, so it connects easily to the rest of our stack. The native HubSpot integration lets me report on social activity with proper attribution, in the same place as the rest of our pipeline reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FirstTouch?

Nothing major so far. It’s a newer product, so I’d like to see the integration list and reporting options keep growing, but I haven’t hit a blocker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FirstTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?

LinkedIn used to sit outside our CRM, so we couldn’t tell which conversations turned into pipeline. FirstTouch fixes that. Outreach can be triggered from HubSpot or through our AI agents, and every touch is logged on the contact record, so we can report on social with proper attribution. The approval step means a person signs off before anything goes out in our name, so we get the speed of automation without losing control of what we send. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
