"Game-changer for social selling inside HubSpot"

What do you like best about FirstTouch?

FirstTouch has completely transformed how our team handles social selling. The seamless HubSpot integration means we can trigger LinkedIn actions directly from our existing workflows without switching between tools. I love being able to track every social touchpoint in HubSpot for true revenue attribution — no more guessing which outreach channels are actually driving pipeline. What do you dislike about FirstTouch?

The setup is easy, but I wish there was more guidance on the strategy. You need a good amount of HubSpot expertise to really leverage this tool to the fullest. The reporting dashboard could also use more customization options. I'd love to be able to build custom widgets for specific social metrics. Additionally, more native support for platforms beyond LinkedIn would be a welcome addition for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FirstTouch solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before FirstTouch, our sales team was doing LinkedIn outreach manually and none of it was being captured in HubSpot, which meant our pipeline data was always incomplete. We struggled to attribute revenue to social touches and our reps were spending 30+ minutes a day copy-pasting notes into the CRM. FirstTouch solved all of that. Now 100% of social activity is logged automatically, our attribution reporting is accurate, and reps reclaim meaningful time each week.
