I like how user-friendly First Due is. Everything is very well labeled and very descriptive for all the controls. It's really easy to just hop on, note what you need to do, and get back off. It helps make the time needed for documentation be decreased significantly. I'm able to hop on and complete a fire report in minutes. The continuity from the phone, the iPad, and the web app is nice. Additionally, First Due support was rapid to come up with solutions and program the software specifically to our department. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
