I like how First Due makes everything easier to access with its layout and how neat everything is. It's very simple and easy to use, which is convenient for our department. I also appreciate the customer service; they're fast to fix things when they're not working. Additionally, First Due allows me to easily find the location of calls that just came in, which is really helpful for my job as a firefighter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
