I continue to appreciate Firmex’s reliable performance and straightforward document management. The detailed permission controls make it easy to manage access for different users, while the clear activity tracking provides good visibility into document activity. What do you dislike about Firmex Virtual Data Room?

The main area for improvement is the performance when navigating very large folders containing thousands of documents, which can occasionally become slower. New users may also need some time to understand the permission structure and workflows. Additional customization options for dashboards and reporting would also be useful.
